The regulations stipulate that renardless of former registrations own ors of firearms are requested 10 roister agai 'A. shop. or personal guarantee is required to qualify any applicant to possess Arearms. Tt Is forbidden for owners to sell their firearms after registration, but in case they leave the city, dealings are allowed after the approval of the proper authori ties is secured.
