Stock prices on Wall Street to-day finished up with gains to about 4 points, with leading issues to the fore on fresh support. A fair proportion of the list however, closed under the day's best levels owing to profit-taking. A few business issues touched; bottom. There are indications of an upturn in demand, with oils and minings being favoured on anticipation of a more conciliatory attitude being taken by Mexico. The turnover to-day amounted to 600,000 shares.
