Holders of Debentures to Bearer sre hereby notified that the above coupons representing interest for the half year ending December 31, 1938 at the rate of six per cent, per annum for the 1932 Issue, five and one half per cent. per annum for the January, m for the July, 1937 Issue will be payable on and after December 31, 1933, at the offices of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Shanghai.
Coupo: must be listed on the Company's forms which may be had on application at the above-mentioned bank and must be left two clear days previous to payment between the hours of 11 am, and 3 pin., Saturdays excepted.
