The Lawn Bowls Association league was brought to a close on Saturday with the. biggest sensation of the season, when the Yangtszepoo Bowling Club scored an overwhelm ming victory over the league champions, the Rees, in both divisions. In the first' division Yangiszepoo beat the Rees by 87-45 and in the second by 74-89. "The results in the other Yeague matches were: first division, Police Recreation Club beat the Country Club, on the latter's green by 59-46; the SLLB.C. Blues beat the Hongkew Golf Club by 69-48: Clube Lusitano beat the Junfor Golf Club by 74-50. In the second division the Shanghai Lawn Bowls Club beat the Hongkew Golf Club by 80-47.
