To the Editor of the "Norru-Cutxa Dany News"
Sin—Waiting patiently for the Shanghai Maru to sail, which event does net take place until to-morrow, I read over the paper and came to your article "Lawful Occasions." You say the "world would be perpetually sea.' May I enquire if she is not sea at the moment, where is she?
What about sending all the armies and navies, dictators, presidents, would-be dictators, etc., to sea for a change and let them work off their Jammunition against one another and leave the rest. of the world to trade, play polo and paper-hunt to their hearts' content. Or, maybe, it's cause the armies arid navies of the world, together with their respective governments, are already so much at sea, that everybody else is too?
