Business corporations must obtain official permission if they desire to increase dividends, Mr. Shinji Yoshino, Minister of Commerce and Industry, told a committee of the Lower House yesterday.
Mr, Yoshino replied to interpellations by Mr. Toyokichi Toyoda, member of the Minseito Party, regarding the disposal of corporate profits as stipulated in Article LI of
ill.
