A third senior encounter will be fought between the Durham Light Infantry and the United Club. This will take place simultaneously with the attractive Loyal-German contest Saturday. The United have been rather unfortunate in their past engagements due to the weakness of the forwards who lacked the necessary punch, although backed up by a stellar defence known for its gallantry and gameness.
Only one game in the Second Division is arranged to be held on Sunday but much importance is attached to it since both the Durhams and the SH.C. are in the running for the championship. The soldiers are still unbeaten while the civilians have already lost once. The latter will be most determined to make the effort of their lives in order to keep pace.
