Shanghai, Apr. 2, As previously reported, the Shanghai OMees of the Central Bank of China in Bubbling Well Road, which was recently the scene ofa fierce terarist attack in which a time-bomb exploded, resumed business yesterday following "several days" suspension during which repair work was completed, All the Chungking banks in Shanghai which were intimidated or attacked by terrorists have now reopened for business, fully testifying to the truth of previous Chungking reports that no withdrawal of Government institutions In Shanghai had been ordered, despite difficulties. There are, however, still some branch otices in the French Concession Wwhiets remain closed.
