Prison terms ranging between three years and six months and twelve years were meted out yesterday in the First Special District Court to me kidnappers who were recently involved in no less than six kidnap. pings committed in the Settlement. The longest prison term was given fo Wang Lai-wen, the ringleader while two of his chief accomplices @rew eleven years each.
The gang was said in court to have received an undetermined, sum of money from some of the victims including a hotel manager. Other vie~ time included Hsu Pu.sun, well known gold dealer, Chu Ho-kao, well known Chinese doctor, Shenut Chi-chang. Wang Paochwa and. Ting Hung-sen.
