Tribute from a Chinese the Editor of the Nonrit-Citxa Daiwy News"

Sm—In the course of our resistance against the Japanese aggressor, we. Chinese people, always know' who, are our friends and who are. siding with our enemy. Britain. the United States and the Soviet Union, who have been delivering continuous" a fo us in bolstering our struggle against our enemy, are naturally our friends; "while, on the other hand. Germany" und! Italy, who are Japan's side, trying every possible effort to force us to surrender, are doubtless our enemies. "With this in mind, we naturally sympathize with the cause which our (lends are championing and wish them every Alter being informed of the fall of Salonika, we. indeed, feel sorry the Allies; but being certain of the ultimate victory to be won by our friends who are' fighting for maintenance of a rear international order. we are by no means dejected, because what happens to the Allies ut present is exactly the same as that to China, Like the Japanese forces at the box inning of their China campaign, Hitler's. juggernaut has blitzkrieged their objectives with success, but alas to them, they fail to bring the war to an end, Blitzkrieg thrusts. one after "another: without reaping decisive results, only mean the wasting of more strength and mark their gradual collapse after wards. A war "of attrition is now under' way in this country the same in Europe, Japan has been bogged in the quagmire of her China cameign: similarly, Hitler also" hangs himself in the same way.

China's gallant resistance to the Japanese, T should say, Is the most Inspiring' lesson to the Allies, China hag fought Japan for three years and ight months and is still going strony, Fighting Hitler, the Allies will score the same brilliant victory tu. the Jong run, We really. admire Mr. Winston "Churehill's remarle on the fact that Britain should pull through with tears, blood and sweat: because we, Chinese people. are sctwally ghting the Japanese invaders with, tears, blood and sweat, Lot every tone of us remember Mi. Churchill's inspiring words ud Tet all our friends rally together and shave our Joys and sorrows wherever we ure, Finally. T as one of the Chinese sympathizers with the Allies. pay highest respect to. the Greek. Yun slavian and British. soldiers who dedicate their lives to the glorious: cause of justice and ayainst. brutal force. T believe that our Chinese warrior also stand on their side, wishing" them victories, any Youxe Shanghai, Apr. 11, Suggested:
