"Gravity" Posture

Most postural defects are not or-garlic, she asserted, Functual, they can be corrected easily if conscious effort is made. Poor posture resulting from fatigue might be called a "gravity" posture, according to Dr Evans, since the body is completely slumped.

If in fatigue the slump is permitted instead of holding oneself erect with proper breathing, it produces a vicious circle by making inadequate respiration and circulation, so that the chemical products of fatigue too slowly eliminated and fatigue persists, "A functionally poor posture habitually retained by over-taxing the body in a period of easy fatigue Will become an organic defect."

Regarding teeth, Dr. Evans so "Even up until death the diet of an individual may alter the condition of the teeth, the use of dental floss and the wise selection of tooth brushes constitute good dental hygiene."
