Consignees of cargo ex the above vessel are informed that owing to the unsafe conditions resp. hostilities prevailing in these ports it was neces-to over-carry such cargo for discharge at Shanghai where same will be landed and stored at the sole risk and expense of the consignees, whereby all obligations of vessel, her owners, master and agents will be fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the Companies Bill of Lading.
