A Chinese bank, Wu Wha, the offices of which are 130 Ningpo Road, suspended business as from Tuesiay (Aug. 21). The decision was" the result of an emergency meeting held on previous afternoon By the directors of the bank. The same bank formerly had an office in Hongkong, but that was closed a few months ago. In an announcement posted outside the bank it was stated that the bank promised to balance all its accounts.
