As an outcome of. the plebiscite Jot August 19 the Reichs Government today passed a new law concerning {the oath which all Slate officials and soldiers will be required to take on assuming their duties. The oath the officials of public service is "I swear that I shall be true and that T shall observe the law and Jdischarge my official duties, con [scientiously. So help me God."
That to be taken by the soldiers of the defence forces runs: swear by God this sacred oath tha shall Fender unconditional _obed! ence to the Fushter of the German Reich and People, Adolf _Hitle [Commander-in-Chief of the Defence [Forces and, as a valiant soldier, Jshall be ready at any time to risk my life to discharge my oath."
Officials now in office will be required to take oath immediately Teans-Ocean Kuo Min,
