Many U-Boats at Sea Bottom

"Some of them will never appear again from the bottom of the sea bed where they are now lying. Others have been severely damaged. German commanders wait from hour hour for news from these underwater vessels which will never return, A direct hit from a bomb will put his craft out of action, and a bomb which drops anywhere near will cer~ tainly damage, and may well sink it. These operations which "have been going on continuously during the past fortnight, have met with little opposition from the German air force."
