Chungking, Feb. 14, Two issues of bonds will be floated by the Chinese Government, it is officially announced, The first will be known as 1940 Military Supplies Bonds, and the second as 1940 Reconstruc~ tion Gold Bonds. Regulations pertaining to the bonds, which have been adopted by the Executive Yuan, are now being submitted to the Supreme National Defence Council for final approval.—Reuter.
